BASE015 offers video production, content creation, advertising services, and related media solutions for businesses.All services are subject to availability and may change at any time.

3. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • All raw footage remains the property of BASE015.
  • Delivered final videos are licensed to the client for business use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or alter our content without permission.

If raw files are included in your project, this will be specified in your proposal or contract.

4. Project Terms & Payments

For all projects:

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
  • Remaining payment is due upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

All fees are non-refundable, except in cases covered by our satisfaction guarantee (if applicable).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

For ad production projects, BASE015 offers a Satisfaction Guarantee.

If the ads we produce do not outperform your current or previously running video ads under comparable conditions, we will rewrite and re-shoot the ads at no additional charge, maintaining the same quantity of deliverables originally included in your project.

How It Works

To activate the guarantee, you must:

  • Provide access to baseline performance metrics of your current/previous ads.
  • Run the new BASE015 ads for a reasonable testing period under similar audience, budget, and platform conditions.
  • Notify us within 7 days of identifying underperformance.

If the ads underperform relative to your baseline, we will rewrite and re-shoot the ads once, free of charge.

What This Guarantee Covers

  • First-time ad production projects
  • Projects paid directly to BASE015
  • Deliverables that are specifically created for paid advertising
  • Rewrites + re-shoots matching the original scope and quantity

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Projects where baseline data is not provided
  • Situations where the client changes the brief, strategy, or messaging after delivery
  • Platform, algorithm, or account issues unrelated to creative
  • Ad management results (unless included in your package)
  • Delayed feedback or insufficient information during pre-production
  • Subjective preferences unrelated to performance metrics

Purpose of the Guarantee

This guarantee exists to ensure that your ads receive high-performance creative built to convert.
It is not a guarantee of sales, lead volume, or platform-specific outcomes, and it does not apply to direction changes or requests beyond the original agreed-upon scope.

6. Booking & Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the shoot.Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover time and resource loss.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • distribute harmful or malicious content,
  • use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, designs, videos, graphics, and code on this website belong to BASE015 and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy or reuse any part of this website without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

BASE015 is not liable for:
