1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we provide.If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services Provided

BASE015 offers video production, content creation, advertising services, and related media solutions for businesses.All services are subject to availability and may change at any time.

3. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • All raw footage remains the property of BASE015.
  • Delivered final videos are licensed to the client for business use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or alter our content without permission.

If raw files are included in your project, this will be specified in your proposal or contract.

4. Project Terms & Payments

For all projects:

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
  • Remaining payment is due upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

All fees are non-refundable, except in cases covered by our satisfaction guarantee (if applicable).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible projects.
If the first delivery (initial draft or first cut of the video) does not meet reasonable expectations, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We will revise the work at no additional cost.

If we are still unable to deliver a result that meets the agreed-upon scope, we may offer a refund of the deposit or project fee, excluding any completed filming or production days.

This guarantee applies only to:

  • first-time projects
  • projects that include editing
  • projects paid directly to BASE015

This guarantee does not apply if:

  • the requested changes fall outside the original project scope
  • the client changes direction after filming
  • the client delays feedback
  • the project includes ad management services
  • the client provides insufficient information or unclear direction

The Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to ensure quality and clarity — not to cover subjective changes or direction changes outside the agreed scope.

6. Booking & Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the shoot.Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover time and resource loss.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • distribute harmful or malicious content,
  • use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, designs, videos, graphics, and code on this website belong to BASE015 and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy or reuse any part of this website without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

BASE015 is not liable for:
